On this page, we describe the manner of managing the website with reference to processing personal data

of the users that visit it. It deals with information in accordance with the provisions of Art. 7 and of Art. 13

of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, "Code on the subject of protection of personal data".

Data treatment about this website services and functions take place at 9NET S.r.l. - via Caldera 21, 20153

(MI). Data are managed only by 9NET S.r.l. employees, by its coworkers, by its technical staff belonging to

those departments in charge of the data treatment or by individuals in charge of occasional maintenance.

You may always turn to exercise your rights as to your data in order: to verify the existence, the contents,

the origin, its correctness, to request its integration, updating, the correction, the cancellation, the

transformation into anonymous form, the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to

Purposes and methods of treatment

The data provided will be stored and processed with the guarantees of security and privacy provided

by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196 and will be used solely and exclusively for fulfilling the

communications sent by the company Opocrin S.p.A., as well as for other obligations provided by the law.

The data processing may be on paper, electronic and automated. The data will not be in no way given, for

any reason, to any third party unless the prior and express consent.

Nature of the conferment

The nature of the conferment of data is optional. The same data however are necessary to the formulation

of estimates and offers, to respond to the received requests of information and to any tax obligations. In

the absence of the conferment is therefore impossible to carry out any activity on behalf of the applicant.

By sending the form, the applicant agrees to the processing of data contained therein in the manner

already explained in the previous paragraph.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

1) Data voluntarily provided by the user in sending communications, in accessing to reserved areas or in

order to obtain services or communications.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail or other communications to the addresses indicated

on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and of

any other personal data entered by the sender in communication.

However, we encourage you not to provide information which is sensitive data pursuant to art. 4, letter.

d) of the Decree. n. 196/03, your or third parties, without having previously given their consent to the

treatment in the forms of law.

2) Navigational data

The IT system, and the predisposed software procedure for the functioning of this website, acquires, in the

course of its normal exercise, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the

protocols of internet communication. It deals with information that is not collected to be associated with

the identified interested party but that by their very nature could, by means of processing and associations

with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify the users.

3) Cookies

The use of session c.d. cookies (that are not memorized in a persistent manner on the computer of the

user and disappear with the shutting down of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session

identification (constituted by random numbers generated by the server) and necessary for secure and

efficient searching of the site.

The session c.d. cookies utilized in this site avoids recourse to other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to

the privacy of the user's navigation and does not permit the acquisition of the user's personal identification

Opocrin S.p.A. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy, in order to adapt it to sudden changes in

privacy legislation. In the case of substantial modifications to the Privacy Policy, Opocrin S.p.A. will publish

them in a clear and visible way.
